RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Our main goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every product you purchase from us. Once your order has left our warehouse, it can only be refunded or canceled in case you have received the defective product.


Return & Refunds:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with unfixable manufacturing defects, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will guide you through the return and refund process.
  • Please note that returns or refunds will only be initiated in the case of manufacturing defects.
  • Variations in Natural Materials: Please note that products made from natural materials such as Wood, Marble, Terracotta, Raffia, Shell, or natural stones may vary from each other due to the nature of the materials. Artstory does not accept returns or exchanges based on variations in these materials.

Please Note that All Handpainted, handmade and products made of natural materials like Wood, Marble, terracotta, Raffia, Shell, natural stones etc. will vary from piece to piece due to the nature of the materials and Artstory is not bound to exchange/return any product due to the same reason.


Exchange:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you encounter any issues, here are two possible scenarios for exchanges:

  • If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You can email us at info@artstoryonline.com, mentioning your order number and the specific issue along with the supportive photos and videos of the damaged product. Alternatively, you can reach us via phone or whatsApp at +91 93183 20582, Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm IST. Our team will review the issue and take appropriate action.
  • If you decide to change your mind and wish to initiate a product exchange, please reach out to us using the same contact details within 3 working days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you in this process. Once your exchange request undergoes our team's review and is approved, we will make arrangements for the product to be picked up from your address within 5-10 working days. Subsequently, Once the returned product is passed by our Quality assurance team then the replacement product will be dispatched from Artstory's warehouse within 3-5 working days. Please note that charges for pickup and redelivery will be adjusted based on the delivery location, product size, and weight.


Cancellation:

  • Order Cancellation by Artstory: We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that Artstory is unable to process and reserve the rights to cancel or reject the acceptance of such order and decision of Artstory in this respect shall be final and binding on the customer. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or human errors in product, pricing and stock information, problems identified by our credit, fraud avoidance or Quality Assurance department or due to certain unforeseen reasons. Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is canceled. If your order is canceled after you've made the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your Bank Account within 7-10 working days.
  • Order Cancellation by Customer: If you change your mind after placing an order for any product, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 24 hours of the order confirmation.
